I started as an intern at Nutramax Laboratories during my senior year of college and immediately felt welcomed through the entire office. Upon graduating, I found myself in my first full time position working with an amazing company, doing something that I love, and progressing my career professionally and personally. I love working for Nutramax for many reasons. They've provided me with many opportunities; from training, educational assistance and growth within the company. My Director is very encouraging, supportive, and is a great leader within the organization. Everyone comes to work with a smile on their face and are very friendly. Our ownership is passionate about what they do and it's evident that they care about their employees. Nutramax is truly a family!
It would be difficult to narrow down my long list of reasons why I enjoy working at Nutramax, but if I had to pick only one, it would be the people. I’ve been fortunate to work at several excellent companies, but never have I worked in an atmosphere of genuine caring for one’s co-worker like that which exists in this company. No matter how large or complex the issue, you can count on working with people who will work together to solve it, and will be pleased with each other’s success when the goal is achieved.
Coming out of college, the only thing I wanted was to work for a company with values, where I could start a career that I loved. I found that and much more at Nutramax. I believe the first thing I told my parents after getting to know the culture was, 'Do companies like this even exist?' Obviously, they do!
